Terms of Use

Effective August 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Curbside Kitchens app and website. By creating an account you're agreeing to them. They're short — please actually read them.

What Curbside Kitchens is (and isn't)

Curbside Kitchens is a bulletin board for neighborhood meal-prep drops. Cooks post what they're making; neighbors reserve portions. That's the whole service. In particular:

If you cook

If you reserve

Ground rules

Don't use Curbside Kitchens to post anything unlawful, misleading, or harassing; don't list food you didn't make; don't scrape or abuse the service. We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules or misuse the platform.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Curbside Kitchens and its operator are not liable for the food, conduct, or payments of users, or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your content

You own what you post (menus, photos, notes). You give us permission to store and display it in the app so the service can work. Delete your account and your profile content goes with it.

Changes and contact
